Halite crystals are formed at Owen’s Lake, California once a year when the seasons turn and the winter snowmelt evaporates in the fresh spring weather. We had the pleasure to bring a parcel that was hand collected by some of the extremely few people who were allowed to collect Halite specimens from Owen’s Lake in 2022. Each piece was hand selected by our crystal curator for the display of color and well-formed crystal structure.
